Starbucks Spring Menu 2026 Launches March 3 with Ube Coconut Macchiato, Customizable Chai and Energy Refreshers

Starbucks unveils its spring 2026 menu featuring Ube Coconut Macchiato, new customizable chai, toasted coconut drinks, lavender returns and Energy Refreshers.

Starbucks has announced the rollout of its spring 2026 menu, introducing updated chai options, toasted coconut beverages, returning lavender drinks and a new line of customizable Energy Refreshers, reports customreceipt.com via Starbucks. The seasonal lineup is scheduled to become available across participating locations beginning March 3.

The company is expanding its chai offerings with a revised approach to its classic tea latte. Starbucks stated that customers will continue to have access to the established chai profile made from a blend of black tea and spices including cinnamon, clove, cardamom and ginger. The updated chai formulation is designed to provide greater flexibility, enabling customers to tailor sweetness levels, spice intensity and overall flavor balance according to individual preferences.

The spring menu will also introduce coconut-focused beverages. Beginning in March, Starbucks will debut the Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew and the Toasted Coconut Latte. The company confirmed that toasted coconut syrup will become a year-round option following the seasonal launch. In addition, the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato will be offered for a limited period. The beverage combines layered milk and espresso with ube and coconut flavors, delivering a purple-hued drink positioned as a seasonal feature.

Lavender-flavored beverages, previously introduced as limited-time offerings, will return as part of the spring selection. The lineup includes the new Iced Lavender Cream Chai alongside returning drinks such as the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte and Lavender Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. Starbucks described the lavender range as a continuation of customer-favorite seasonal flavors.

The food menu will also receive a themed addition with the introduction of the Frog Cake Pop. The dessert consists of vanilla cake blended with buttercream, coated in green chocolate-flavored icing and decorated to resemble a frog. The item will be available during the spring promotion period.

Later in the season, Starbucks plans to launch Energy Refreshers, a new extension of its Refreshers platform. According to the company, the beverages will allow customers to customize their caffeine intake. Consumers may order Refreshers drinks without caffeine or choose to add an energy boost for an additional charge. The added energy component contains B vitamins and caffeine derived naturally from green coffee extract, formulated as part of Starbucks’ proprietary energy blend.

The spring 2026 menu reflects Starbucks’ continued focus on seasonal flavors, customization and expanded beverage formats. The new and returning items will be introduced in phases beginning March 3.
