2026 Actor Awards nominations announced: full list across film and television

The 2026 Actor Awards nominations are revealed, with nominees across film and television ahead of the March 1 ceremony in Los Angeles.

Nominations for the 2026 Actor Awards, presented by SAG-AFTRA and previously known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, were officially unveiled on Wednesday in Los Angeles, marking the start of the awards season countdown ahead of the March 1 ceremony, reports Customreceipt with reference to ABC.

The list of nominees was announced live by Janelle James, known for her role in “Abbott Elementary,” and Connor Storrie from “Heated Rivalry.” The annual ceremony honors outstanding performances in film and television and will take place in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 1. The broadcast will be streamed live on Netflix beginning at 8 p.m. ET and 5 p.m. PT. Organizers have not yet named a host for the event.

During the ceremony, Harrison Ford is set to receive the SAG-AFTRA Life Achievement Award in recognition of his career and contributions to the acting profession.

In the television categories, nominees for outstanding performance by a male actor in a television movie or limited series include Jason Bateman for “Black Rabbit,” Owen Cooper and Stephen Graham for “Adolescence,” Charlie Hunnam for “Monster: The Ed Gein Story,” and Matthew Rhys for “The Beast in Me.”

The category for outstanding performance by a male actor in a comedy series features Adam Brody for “Nobody Wants This,” Ike Barinholtz and Seth Rogen for “The Studio,” Ted Danson for “A Man on the Inside,” and Martin Short for “Only Murders in the Building.”

Nominees for outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series are Britt Lower for “Severance,” Parker Posey and Aimee Lou Wood for “The White Lotus,” Keri Russell for “The Diplomat,” and Rhea Seehorn for “Pluribus.”

In the corresponding male drama series category, nominees include Sterling K. Brown for “Paradise,” Billy Crudup for “The Morning Show,” Walton Goggins for “The White Lotus,” Gary Oldman for “Slow Horses,” and Noah Wyle for “The Pitt.”

The nominees for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series are “The Diplomat,” “Landman,” “The Pitt,” “Severance,” and “The White Lotus.”

For outstanding performance by a female actor in a television movie or limited series, the nominees are Sarah Snook for “All Her Fault,” Erin Doherty and Christine Tremarco for “Adolescence,” Claire Danes for “The Beast in Me,” and Michelle Williams for “Dying for Sex.”

In the comedy television categories, nominees for outstanding performance by a female actor include Kathryn Hahn and Catherine O’Hara for “The Studio,” Jenna Ortega for “Wednesday,” Jean Smart for “Hacks,” and Kristen Wiig for “Palm Royale.”

The ensemble comedy series category includes “Abbott Elementary,” “The Bear,” “Hacks,” “Only Murders in the Building,” and “The Studio.”

In the film categories, nominees for outstanding performance by a female actor in a supporting role are Odessa A’zion for “Marty Supreme,” Ariana Grande for “Wicked: For Good,” Amy Madigan for “Weapons,” Wunmi Mosaku for “Sinners,” and Teyana Taylor for “One Battle After Another.”

The nominees for outstanding performance by a male actor in a supporting role are Jacob Elordi for “Frankenstein,” Benicio Del Toro and Sean Penn for “One Battle After Another,” Miles Caton for “Sinners,” and Paul Mescal for “Hamnet.”

For outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role, the nominees include Jessie Buckley for “Hamnet,” Rose Byrne for “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You,” Kate Hudson for “Song Sung Blue,” Chase Infiniti for “One Battle After Another,” and Emma Stone for “Bugonia.”

In the male leading role category, nominees are Timothée Chalamet for “Marty Supreme,” Leonardo DiCaprio for “One Battle After Another,” Ethan Hawke for “Blue Moon,” Michael B. Jordan for “Sinners,” and Jesse Plemons for “Bugonia.”

The nominees for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture are “Hamnet,” “Frankenstein,” “Marty Supreme,” “One Battle After Another,” and “Sinners.”

Stunt ensemble honors in film include nominations for “F1,” “Frankenstein,” “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning,” “One Battle After Another,” and “Sinners.” In television, stunt ensemble nominees are “Andor,” “Landman,” “The Last of Us,” “Squid Game,” and “Stranger Things.”
