The LEGO Group has unveiled its first-ever Pokémon-themed construction sets, marking a major collaboration with The Pokémon Company International that will allow fans to build and display some of the franchise’s most iconic creatures. Launching on February 27, 2026, the initial wave of LEGO Pokémon sets includes five widely recognized characters—Pikachu, Eevee, Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise—recreated in detailed LEGO brick form, inviting enthusiasts to combine their love of Pokémon with the creativity of LEGO building, reports customreceipt.com via bin.com.ua.
The debut collection introduces three distinct sets. The LEGO® Pokémon™ Pikachu and Poké Ball set captures one of the franchise’s most familiar moments: Pikachu springing out of a Poké Ball in a battle-ready pose. Comprising 2,050 pieces, the set includes a black lightning rod-inspired base with lightning effects emanating from the Poké Ball, and a subtle nod to Pikachu’s status as the 25th Pokémon in the Pokédex. Builders can display Pikachu in a dynamic leaping pose from the Poké Ball or in a relaxed seated position with the ball closed.
The LEGO® Pokémon™ Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise set is one of the largest LEGO displays ever, featuring over 6,838 pieces that showcase the three original Kanto starter evolutions in brick form for the first time. Each Pokémon figure is carefully designed to replicate the characters’ original designs, complete with articulated joints for adjustable poses. The set’s shared base provides an immersive display, featuring environmental details inspired by the Pokémon’s natural habitats, as well as hidden easter eggs for builders to discover throughout the construction process.
The LEGO® Pokémon™ Eevee set includes 587 pieces and emphasizes the Pokémon’s expressive features, including a movable head, tail, and limbs. The set allows fans to pose Eevee in multiple ways and includes integration with the Build Together app, enabling collaborative building experiences with friends and family.
In addition to the set releases, LEGO and Pokémon are offering a digital scavenger hunt from January 12 to February 27, 2026. Fans will be tasked with locating hidden Pokémon-themed clues across LEGO and Pokémon digital channels. Completing these challenges unlocks rewards and a chance to win the grand prize: attending PokémonXP and the 2026 Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco, including Championship Sunday at the Chase Center, and receiving all three LEGO Pokémon sets. Passwords for participation will be available on Pokemon.com starting January 26. Further details can be found at LEGO.com/Pokemon.
Shoppers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom who pre-order the LEGO Pokémon Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise set from PokémonCenter.com starting January 12, 2026, will receive a LEGO Pokémon Kanto Region Badge Collection as a complimentary gift, available while supplies last. All LEGO Pokémon sets will be available for immediate purchase at LEGO.com, LEGO Stores, and the Pokémon Center beginning February 27, 2026.
