Marathon Start and Initial Closures
The race kicks off at Congress Avenue and Cesar Chavez Street. Roads in the starting area close at 3 a.m., with scheduled reopening at 10 a.m. Mile 1, at S. Congress Ave. and Gibson St., closes at 5 a.m., reopening at 9 a.m., while mile 2 at S. Congress Ave. and Oltorf St. closes at 5 a.m., with the cross street closing at 7 a.m. and reopening at 9 a.m.
Early Miles Through South Austin
Mile 3 at S. Congress Ave. and Ben White Blvd. will be closed starting 5 a.m., reopening at 9:30 a.m. Mile 4 at S.
