PlayStation Plus January 2026 Free Games Include Need for Speed, Epic Mickey, Core Keeper

PlayStation has announced the free games available for PlayStation Plus subscribers in January 2026, reports  Customreceipt via the GameSpot. Starting January 6, all PS Plus members will be able to download Need for Speed Unbound, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, and Core Keeper, with the promotion running until Monday, February 2. These titles are offered at no extra cost to subscribers and provide a mix of racing, adventure, and exploration experiences.

Need for Speed Unbound is the latest entry in the popular racing franchise, featuring both single-player and multiplayer modes set in Lakeshore City, a fictional city inspired by Chicago. Players engage in street races while avoiding police pursuit, which intensifies as their “Heat” level rises. Between races, vehicles can be customized, and participants can compete in weekly qualifiers to earn a spot in the premier street racing event known as The Grand.

Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is a remastered version of the 2010 Wii original, brought to modern consoles by THQ Nordic in 2024. The game follows Mickey Mouse as he navigates the Wasteland, a place where forgotten characters and concepts have lingered for decades. Enhanced visuals and gameplay allow Mickey to confront and reconcile with Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, a central figure in Disney’s early animation history, to find his way out of the Wasteland.

Core Keeper combines elements of survival and cozy simulation games, offering players the chance to explore a vast underground cavern filled with treasures and hidden secrets. Players gather resources to craft tools, build bases, and venture deeper into the cavern while upgrading their skills. The game also includes activities like tending to animals, growing crops, fishing, and cooking, all of which are essential for defeating powerful Titans.

PS Plus members who have not yet claimed December’s free games have until January 5 to add titles like Lego Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, The Outlast Trials, Synduality: Echo of Ada, and Neon White to their libraries.
