Rihanna Survives Shooting at LA Mansion: Woman Arrested After Firing 10 Shots

Rihanna’s Los Angeles home came under fire as a woman opened at least 10 shots while the singer was inside. Police arrested the suspect after a chase.

The Los Angeles residence of Barbadian singer Rihanna came under gunfire on Sunday, March 8, as reported by customreceipt.com via TMZ. According to law enforcement sources, a woman approximately 30 years old drove up to the property and fired at least ten shots at the singer’s mansion.

Authorities confirmed that bullet marks were left on the exterior walls and multiple holes were found in the estate gates. Rihanna was present inside the home during the shooting but was unharmed. Following the attack, the suspect attempted to flee in a vehicle but was quickly apprehended by police after being spotted from a helicopter near a car matching the eyewitness description. During a search of the vehicle, officers recovered the firearm used in the attack and seven spent shell casings.

Rihanna has not issued any public comments regarding the incident. It remains unclear whether her boyfriend, American rapper A$AP Rocky, or their three children were at home at the time of the shooting.
