Chipotle Smoked Brisket is returning to restaurants across the United States and Canada on November 5, 2026. The popular beef option will be available for a limited time, alongside a 14-day delivery promotion. The comeback arrives during football season, offering customers another option for game-day meals, reports customreceipt.com.
According to Chipotle’s official announcement, the returning protein has previously sold out earlier than expected. The company has not disclosed when this latest run will end.
What Makes Chipotle’s Smoked Brisket Different?
Unlike standard grilled beef, Chipotle’s brisket undergoes several cooking stages. The meat is seasoned with smoked serrano and chipotle peppers before spending hours over mesquite wood.
Restaurant employees then sear the beef, add spices and coat it in a savory chili-pepper sauce. The brisket is chopped into small batches throughout the day.
Chipotle also maintains specific sourcing requirements. The company estimates that only 5% of American beef meets its animal welfare and quality standards.

What to Order With Chipotle Smoked Brisket
Chipotle culinary executive Nevielle Panthaky recommends pairing the brisket with white rice, pinto beans and fresh tomato salsa.
His suggested bowl also includes tomatillo-red chili salsa, cheese and Queso Blanco. According to the company, this combination provides 45 grams of protein and 11 grams of fiber.
The Chipotle Smoked Brisket return follows other popular protein comebacks in 2026. However, customers hoping to try the beef should not assume it will remain available throughout the season. Chipotle has announced no final removal date.
